This winter's recipe:
Here is a refreshing, nutritious drink.
Materials:
1 banana - sliced
250 ml (1 cup) of yogurt
250 ml (1 cup of berries
Dash of cinnamon
1. Put the ingredients into a bowl and whip by hand, or put them into a blender and puree.
2. Pour into two glasses ... sprinkle a few berries on top.
Serves 2. Return to top
